W-2 Full-Time Senior Advisor Compensation
Compensation
Senior Advisor: $160K–$200K/year
For experienced professionals providing ongoing industry and strategic expertise.
Principal Advisor: $200K–$250K/year
For senior professionals with extensive leadership, industry, or specialized experience.
Executive / Strategic Advisor: $250K–$300K+/year
For executive-level professionals providing high-impact strategic guidance.
Annual compensation may also include a 10%–30% performance bonus and equity incentives, such as Stock Options or Restricted Stock, subject to company plans and approval.
Work Arrangement
Full-time positions may be Remote, Hybrid, or On-site, depending on business needs and responsibilities.
Approved business travel and relocation assistance may be provided when required.

1099 Independent Consultant Compensation
Compensation
Consultant: $160–$300/hour
For experienced professionals providing targeted industry expertise.Senior Industry Advisor: $300–$500/hour
For professionals with 20+ years of industry, leadership, or specialized experience.Strategic Senior Advisor: $500–$800+/hour
For former executives, industry experts, board-level professionals, or advisors with significant strategic value.Alternative structures may include:
Project-Based: $10,000–$50,000+ per project
Monthly Retainer: $5,000–$25,000+ per month
Final compensation is based on experience, expertise, scope of work, time commitment, and expected contribution.
Work Arrangement
Typically 5–20 hours per week, depending on project needs.
Available options include Remote, Hybrid, or On-site, with flexible scheduling based on agreed responsibilities and deliverables.
Benefits
As a 1099 Independent Contractor, the advisor generally does not receive traditional W-2 employee benefits such as company-sponsored health insurance, 401(k) benefits, paid vacation, or paid sick leave. Higher consulting rates and greater scheduling flexibility are intended to reflect the independent nature of the engagement.
